Misrepresentation of Reversal Process
I am formally raising a complaint regarding the incorrect information provided to me by two consultants.
At no point was I advised that the EFT of R18** would not be reversible or refundable. I was explicitly informed that the reversal would be processed once the reversal fee was paid. I further queried whether the fee could be deducted after the funds were successfully retrieved, and I was told that if the fee was not paid upfront, the reversal request would be cancelled.
Based on this information, I proceeded in good faith. The process and outcome have not aligned with what was communicated to me. Had I been properly informed of the risks and conditions, I would have reconsidered proceeding.
This constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation and lack of proper disclosure.
I request:
  1. A resolution to this matter, including reimbur*****t where applicable.

There was no misrepresentation
At no point were you informed that the EFT amount was guaranteed to be returned. You were advised that:
The reversal would be attempted once the fee was paid,
And that the outcome depends on the recipient and their bank......I DISAGREE THAT WAS NIT WHAT I WAS TOLD I HAVE NO INTEREST IN TALKING TO ANYONE TELEPHONICALLY AS IVE EXPERIENCED THE INCOMPETENCE FROM THE START ...This constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation and lack of proper disclosure.
I request:
A resolution to this matter, including reimbur*****t where applicable.
Of the EFT amount
