Fraugulent activity

There was a fraugulent activity on my tyme bank account, from August i have been told to reset my pin, after holding for 20 min on each call i still havent gotten assistance, the agents are rude and tell u they cant call back after a month of the app not working, first they told me to go to the kiosk to reset, when you call another agent gives you a different way to do it, very very unprofesional
