***** WITHIN THE COMPANY !!!!!!! PLEASE BE ALERT

I am personally tired of this bank and the ***** that is happening at the bank internally , today they called my dad who is retired with the client care number from Capitec and said to him that the is a debit order that has to be pulled through of r1500 from a some company he is aware of that debit order . My dad said no he is not aware and it must not go through , the advisor said to whom okay sir we understand it will not go through.. After a few minutes from that call money was deducted from his Investment account an amount of R67000, which according to me you can even swipe of withdraw that money without going to the ATM it can only be done via online banking which my dad doesn't even have that. He went to the bank and the they said they cant assist he need to go the lawyer and open a case at the police station . They give a number to call which was *** we did call that number and report that , we were help by a lady name Gugu . we were on a call for like 30 minutes meanwhile she tires to stop the money from speeding and check which account did it go to, to our surprise its was a Capitec account that was opened today and its was distributed to more Capitec accounts which shows that it was an internal job ..she gave us a case number and a number to make a follow up , she told me that she can only stop the amount but its only r10000 left and that is what they will refund my dad.. I am so frustrate and mad right now because its not the first time this is happening to him and the first time he never received even a cent of what was ****** form his account. As management of Capitec u proudly advertise that this is the safest bank ever but we not sure anymore .. especially now when we receive call from your own workers on your own number to do this to us .. I am taking this future to media and Ombudsman and I am not going to give up until I get my family money back.. you need to improve your security as a bank .. I will never recommend anyone to join the bank at all ..
