***** happened on my account and I cant get any assistance

An amount of R8000 ****** out of my account on 29.07.2021. I had my card with me and I just saw transactions happening while I'm sitting at home. I called the call centre spoke to mbali, portia,phakamile and kedibone but I was still not contacted as promised. I cant get through to the ***** departmentand I waited on the line for 30 min without any help . how can money be taken from acc when I dont even have a daily limit of R5000 on my acc
