Like I don't really understand what is wrong with this bank honestly they ask the case no as if you'll get any feedback than nothing, this is such a bad bank customer service rude as if they been force to assist you yet the get paid I'm hear no reply this is my salary the got lost in the stupid tymebank but nothing no reply nothing no help like is useless imagine how will I survive already we work because we are breadwinners at our houses so now it means Im *****ed i have a good idea of coming and staying at tymebank because now I'm homeless can't pay my rent can't even go to work because of this unless bank

So tymebank said someone will assist me is unfortunate that even today im still waiting for their call, nobody has since the importance of calling seriously is such a shame that an 80% blacked owed has such a bad service is show blacks don't mix with money. you cant trust blacks with money because very same will ***** from you and never see the need of refunding your money such unprofessional bank who I don't know how do they hire their people but which ever way it shows just how ******* the bank is and clearly people the don't have qualification but just connection such a shame but i'm just tired clearly I have to take the the bank ombudsman route since this unprofessional bank wont help.
