***** dispute not being resolved
I lodged a dispute with tyme bank and suspicious transaction that went off my account in the beginning of June and eversince they are sending me sms with different case numbers and yet my dispute has not been resolved! I call their ***** department and they dribble me with different stories all the time but they not refunding me my money back! Today I called again and spoke to a Thulani from their ***** department who refuses to send me an email to put the **** that he told me in writing!! Im really disappointed with the way they handling my dispute and want my money back!!
It seems like Tyme Bank are the ******** now!!!
