***** case
We lost our money from the account and we were that they will help us investigate it and come back to us as the case was also opened by the bank aswell little we know I just received an sms that says ...the bank is done with investigation and there's no refund . First thing we lost our money second we went through traumatic situation we are not informed properly on as to what has happened so the is totally not professional and with that we really require respect and the money in our account to be refunded as we believe that the person who did this is one of the employee. We are not happy at all the ***** and how it has been handled.

04 May 2022, 10:55My husband will never call you due to the fact you only rep**** the whole case with an sms and clearly you don't care about your clients so since you are still in hesitation of not having a good customer care after all we went through with my husband then we definitely opening a case against you for trauma and ***** case that never came to him as pleasant way . You call us by today that's it .
