There is no assistance at all especially when you really need like ****** card even the options when you phone the ***** option is the last one after wasting so much airtime trying to call them then they tell you you phoned later you should have phoned immediately when your card was missing. So now I stole money from my own account and used my card in the shops that i dont even know. And at last you get them they tell you your money cannot be retrieved. The last cent you have after wasting so much money trying to call them and your call will be passed in different department
