********** transactions on my account. I received an sms with Tyme send money details , I clicked on the link to check who sent me the cash . Upon checking I realised my balance is still the same and I logged off . The following day I received 3 sms from Tyme bank advising me that I don’t hv enough cash to transact. I checked my balance I was left with R 22 from the R2400 I had . Tyme Bank rejected my refund claim stating that the money send sms was not from them . I will not get my money back.
