I had 3 goal savers the I started this month to an amount of R 4500.00 or less the account had R600.53. The R600.00 was debited on the 17 of December 2020, funny enough there was notification of money living the account. Because I needed to call some where and I ran out of airtime decided to buy airtime from my account guess what my account is sitting on zero. Then I decided to inter transfer one of the goal savers and transfer it to my other bank account type bank rejects my actions went to withdraw the money at the store the lady tells me that my card is blocked. Really now, which bank de*****s it client and then denies the client acces to it's money. Tried calling the number provided on my account below there nd no one is pick up the calls. I am so stressed and I don't know what to do. All I know is I need every cent in that account. Please respond on one of the platforms. I am disappointed. In that process it would be nice if you could give me my money.
