I opened the account on 13 Jan 2020 worst decision I ever made on my birth day 25th Jan I wanted to withdraw money from pnp at Southgate and it didn't come through the lady at the till didn't even give me a slip.. I called tyme.bank after 15 to 20min said some one with call me but nothing. Then called again then said they logged a case and will contact me nothing has happened. Then come 28th of Jan 2020 hell started some one send themselves R950 on my account apparently they withdrew the money at pnp dobsonvile soweto. The funny part they said was done on my phone but I had my phone with me told caroline.. She refuse to give me the ip adrees said don't want to give me the wrong info really. Tyme bank don't know how to do their job the person even send themselves R50 time 2 of airtime I've lost R2050 with this bank I can't even open a case with the police cause they want my bank statement which I asked tyme bank 2times dololo still this bank is really unreliable they don't want to refund me my money cause their security of banking is useless
