Fraduelent bank

TymeBank has recently let me down putting my card on debit hold and when I try contacting them they don't respond worse I didn't authorise any of this I don't what to do I really need my money for the kids there is no food in the house I really don't know what to do,l wish they could see this review cause m out of options.
