On the 10/09/2023 a *****ulent transaction happened on my TYME bank and I reported the case to Tyme bank ***** department on the 11th Sept 2023. Ref nr given was GFD-108786 Please see below and assist my wife, she is frustrated that her money in her Tyme bank account is gone and scared that the ******* will come again this month end and do the same since Tyme bank didn’t see a reason to investigate in full. Tyme bank ***** Department very useless Investigator with email: *** failed to respond nor resolved the ***** case that my wife reported under ref nr: GSD-108786. Now Tyme bank closed the case without fair judgmental facts or emailing my wife: Puleng Sithole. She is the victim of ***** since her nr was potted from MTN to Cell C and now the stupid Investigator said case was closed as there was no sign of swim swap and stupid in her analytical. The number was potted from MTN to Cell C and the ******* used this sim number: *** and now since I work for MTN I had to get my wife’s nr back and logged a call under Service request nr: Service Request Ref Nr: ***. Now they refer me to Ombudsman Banking if I am not happy with their feedback.
