Follow up complaint about Tymebank ****ming issue

Tymebank is still giving me problems. I've send them emails with proof of payment but they still send me emails promising to deduct again on the 29th of September whereas they've deducted on the 20th of September. My account is in areas but I've paid. They are ****ming me.their proble is that they have no direct phone number the loan department.
