Flash cash voucher nightmare GTQ51944

Last month June 13, I bought a Flash cash voucher on Tymebank using their USSD code. I never received a voucher number, I logged a case with them telephonically and on email where I explained my situation. This has been a back and forth with these people. on the 21st of June I was told the money will be refunded back in my account after 30 days, 30 days has passed still nothing. At one point I was told to contact Flash directly on the same breath they cannot give me the correct information to contact Flash, which is a correct reference number or serial number for the voucher. To top it all off I have had 2 of their agents saying the voucher was cashed out but they cannot provide me with information when and where this voucher was cashed out.
