First time worst experience with this bank

Worst bank ever, I see why most people do not prefer TymeBank I made a mistake miss 1 number on the account number I was using to send money 4min after I called them to see if they can help me make a reversal of the cash, they kept on saying, their line is busy they are receiving many calls, I spend the whole day trying to reach out now my money is gone, thank u for letting me know how much you don't care about your customers
