Fed up of a blocked account

I opened a Tyme bank last month to receive funds from some customers and to do day to day transactions. One day I went to the garage to put in petrol and my card didn't work. I was so embarrassed I had to lend money to pay for petrol. I checked my app and saw my account is on hold. I called Tyme bank they said a client reported a so called *****ulent activity on my account for an amount that my client willingly transferred to my account after our agreement to purchase a product. The consultant told me to do an affidavit to refund the client and once I do the affidavit the hold will be lifted. I sent the affidavit and the consultant said she will arrange with a team leader to lift the hold. After a week I followed up and was told another client reported a so called *****ulent activity. Well my account was on hold, how can I assist my clients with an account on hold I need to pay the suppliers to provide the products to the customers. So the consultant told me to do another affidavit to refund that client as well, once done they will investigate. I lost so many clients because all their money was stuck in my Tyme bank account that's on hold and Tyme bank is forcing me to refund clients that placed an order with that made an agreement with me. Tyme bank have nothing to do with my business, they took their bank charges when I make transactions why place my account on hold without my authority. Anyone can come and make accusations of *****ulent activities then you withhold the owner of the bank accounts money. It's unheard of. I've been using Capitec for many years for the same reasons and nothing ever happened. Take my account off hold and send back my money. You have lost another client. I'm done following up with Tyme bank over and over. I don't have food or petrol money. A person can't even make a honest decent living without being treated like a ********. UNBLOCK MH BANK ACCOUNT TYME BANK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
