Faulty application and other issues
Why does the app say my interest rate is 0% (I have screenshots to prove it) if it's not an error then you are falsely advertising your interest rates.
Why don't I receive notifications when goal saves payout after 10 days....
Only 1 person from Tyme bank actually phoned me back and I'm great full to them. The others don't seem to even read my emails and just repeat phrases from tyme banks website as if they didn't even read what I wrote.
Why are such basic services not working properly? Was there a data breach?
Please don't suggest I contact customer care. I've done that already without resolution and without any feedback as to when the issues will be addressed.

22 Mar 2022, 15:52Hi Ke W. Huge apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please note we start you off at 4% for the first 30 days, 5% for the next 60 days, and then boost you to 6% after 90 days. Should you withdraw your GoalSave, your interest will be affected and you'll have to start from the start. You also have the option to payout immediately or in 10 days with interest. Please check if your SMS notification is on your TymeBank App. The TymeBank Team

22 Mar 2022, 16:09Ok but why are incorrect numbers showing? You are a bank. You are not supposed to make errors with numbers... As a bank this is extremely concerning. If you are unable to display the correct number for my interest rate, how likely is it that I see incorrect numbers for my account balance? What if 1 day I look at my balance and it incorrectly displays R0? This is something you should address urgently. Do I need to urgently take my money out for safety reasons as your systems are no longer able to display numbers correctly?
