False advertising of Business account.

I recently app**** for a lian using my GoThyme Bank Business acount, an acount which, according to the Thyme Bank website and App say you can do everything you can do on your everyday account on your Business Account, even specifying Debit order. When my loan provider tried to liad the debicheck mandate, it said invalid, so I called GoThyme Bank and the lady told me I cannot load a mandate on my business account, only on my personal account, what use is that ? This way and that way, but I have mow spoken to Several differant callcentre personel and some say I can and some say I can't, so niw which is it ? But if you thinking of opening a GoThyme bank business account, don't !! You can do nothing with it apart from getting money in and swiping your card to spend it, and when you open your Businrss account they will not tell you this. False advertising is what it iscand I will be taking this to the bankingombudsman for further investigation.
