Failure to respond

Almost opened an account with them. Then I saw all these negative complaints and the bank's failure to respond to them? They rank no #18 in banking and have a trust index of 2.1 out of 10?

The thing that bothers me most are the clients that complain that money disappear from their account and others complain about ********** accounts that were opened in their names. Maybe the 5min to open an account should get some attention.
