Failed value proposition

It was never my intention to sign up with Tyme Bank but I found myself stranded today and the outcome was a disaster. I went to Pink n Pay today to deposit money and I was told that I need to sign up with Tyme Bank. I signed up with Tyme Bank in under 10mins and I had to send money out of the Tyme Bank account to the intended cellphone number. I copied and pasted the cell number 5 times and the USSD rejected the number and as a result, I had to copy and paste the number but at the same time type it up manually and I finalized the transaction and unfortunately the number that I used was wrong because the app couldnt take a 'copy and paste' option. Also, its now been nearly 2hrs and I cant find the sendmoney voucher anywhere and the person whom I sent the money to did not receive the voucher number. I honestly feel cheated.....
