Failed Transactions deducted money from my account.

This bank is not careful with people's funds at all. I went out today to purchase with my TymeBank card and kept on having a series of declined transactions in store and even failed to withdraw cash from Standard Bank ATM I have the receipt of a failed withdrawal but yet when I got home I realized all the attempts I made money was actually being deducted from my account. This is disgusting I need my money
