Extremely Unhappy

Opened account in May 2020 , i use it for my salary . to my surprise on my salary date no monies reflected in this account , I contacted the bank who 1st said no money was paid , 2nd call said I should increase my limit ,3rd call said monies would have gone back to my company 4th call said they will refer to payment department ,not once have they been able to tell me the payment trail eventually I sent a email to the service dept still no response the contact number on the email contact details says it does not exist , in mean time debit orders are been returned and i am been charged
