Extremely Poor Service delivery!
Since 9 August 2024 hundreds of issues with transfers and deposits have been logged by 100's of customers. Service channels are clogged and nobody is coming back to us. People are LOOSING Money!! They rather tell us that issues will be resolved within 5-7 working days.... What do we eat until then?
