Extremely Frustrated!

Tyme Bank, can somebody please assist me! I and waiting to get paid out an investment from Liberty and they are waiting for somebody from your bank to verify my bank account. When I called Liberty they advised that they were informed that the request is to verify me as an account holder is still in review. I can not express how important it is that I can access my funds due to an emergency I have and you guys are holding up this process for me... I chose Tyme bank because it was suppose to be hassel free, yet this is so frustrating, how long does it take to verify me as an account holder? I want someone to get in contact with me urgently, because I can not wait any longer!!!!!
