EXTREMELY BAD UNREALIABLE BANK-STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Where do I start.... 16 Dec.2021 TYME Bank online banking systems down from 08,00-19.00. 31 Dec.2021 Online banking systems down again. 5 Jan.2022 Online purchasing systems down with OTP function not working... TYME Bank has become a really putrid disgusting bank with online banking systems down not allowing customers to access funds for hours on end. TYME Bank does not have the decency to communicate with it's customers when online banking systems are down. With all this issues I was forced to moved all my business banking back to FNB. I am so disappointed and disgusted in this bank. I will never ever refer another person, friend or family to this bank. Please people stay FAR FAR AWAY from this bank! Not worth banking wwith this bank!

Hi Derick, we understand your frustration and we are sorry for your experience. We had experienced system glitches that affected our system, however, during the outages we had been communicating with our customers and also assuring them that our teams were on top of things. We communicated via social media (main on Facebook and Twitter) and we also sent out SMS notifications. The TymeBank Team
