Extremely Bad Service!

Most Disgusting Service Received. My Account was hacked. I Phone them. A case was open & now I Received a SMS!!!! after 10 days that say " Your ***** claim is resolved and has been declined. Nobody even contact me & give any reason for this. a Bunch of *********** Staff - A disgrace to the people of SA
