Extremely atrocious service!

My account was block for "security reasons" and I dont even know what that means because I was transacting just fine. Call center guys never pick up at the relevant department, I was on hold for an hour on 5 separate occasions until I ran out of airtime. Their twitter handle got my details and its been a week now and nothing. Its very inconveniencing and the service is atrocious.
