I would like to take a moment to recognise the outstanding service provided by Lesedi Moremedi at Jet in Nigel.

Since my very first interaction with her, she has consistently been professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She goes above and beyond to assist customers and ensures that every experience is smooth and pleasant.

This past week, she has seemed a bit stressed. Understandably so, as the town has been quieter than usual. She clearly works very hard to meet her targets, and it is evident how dedicated she is to her role. I hope the team can give her a little extra support as she navigates this slower period.

It is rare to come across someone who maintains such a high standard of service over time. In Nigel, she is not just an Ambassador, she is the Ambassador. The community speaks highly of her, and for good reason. Now this Five star is for her
