Error code 5048. Worst bank ever!

The worst bank ever. So much incompetence. I've been getting an error code 5048 for 3 days now. I've called and logged an enquiry, within minutes the enquiry is "resolved" but I still have the same error. I DMed on Twitter and was told everything works just fine. I don't know if it's disrespect or on their side it's all systems go. Nothing worse than saving money for something important and not having access to it when the time comes.
