Hi All, rating 1 Star for this bank (Tyme Bank) is a cherry on top for nothing, they don't deserve any Star at all.

I want to bring to the attention of everyone regarding Tyme Bank that please do not rush to deposit/transfer or even to eft your funds maybe for now. this is not a bank but only a joke.

I was very excited and being stupid at the sametime for transferring my R2000.00 into this bank which I now regret for three weeks trying to get hold of them with no response. Using your cell phone to try and get to them is another joke, emailing them, forget no one will come back to you, going to Pick 'n Pay as they claim that they fall under them, you will be loosing more of your money because you will end up buying food that you didn't want to buy.

I have spend almost a week now going up and down to Pick 'n Pay that is closed by with no help. Call center at Tyme Bank will drop your calls or tell you that it is the wrong number saying that the number dialled is for Metropolitan whereas the number is for Tyme Bank itself ( ********** ) or ***or even ***.

I am still fighting my battle with them, I just want to worn those that are still thinking about depositing their money there that please wait - go somewhere else until this thing is stable. The money was deposited into their account that they smsed to me after opening the account online and it was my transport money hoping that it will be easy to just go to Pick 'n Pay to collect it.
