EFT not cleared

An institution sent me an EFT money into my Tymebank account on 02.02.2023(Thursday) the following day same people who were transfered money with me from other banks received their cash. Me from Tymebank I thought is network delays but on Saturday I waited the whole day with nothing. Sunday I started to follow up with them. I was told to sent an email with necessary proof to: *** date: Feb 6, 2023, 12:50 PM subject: EFT not cleared

On Monday I got a respond to sent again to Sent: Monday, February 6, 2023 12:50 PM To: Account Support Mailbox <***> Subject: EFT not cleared

Till today I never got a response I am being ignored meaning I have lost my hard earned money through this bank since they don't have an office and I cant trace my money through a phone. Kindly help.
