****ed off customer

Money gets deposited in my account and my account is placed on hold without any communication with me, it's not even huge amount. I'm really unhappy and actually ****ed off at this. I need to use this money today and it's for something urgent. I need this fixed today before I take a step further. I have never seen such useless customer care consultants
