Dreadfull experience
Tymebank is the worst bank to be with. I am now unable to access my money because they can't change my previous number to my current number because I'm on some certain profile they upgraded me to without my knowledge. They basically used my personal account and personal details without informing me. I've called and e-mail them and it's been 3 weeks nothing. No response. I asked to speak to a supervisor there's no supervisor no management. Just consultants who are unable to do anything because according to them it's how their sy stem operates.
