Double charged card replacement fee

My account was deducted double card replacement fees but they reversed only one . I wrote to them via WhatsApp they responded and called me. Problem was fixed . Today they reversed the second one. Thank you @tymebank . Banking with you is so easy. I'm a happy chappy😃
