This bank is SHOCKING! I have been trying since the 15th of December 2020 to get a new bank card and guess what - I still dont have one. I have gone as far as changing my cell number in hopes of me sorting out this problem. Guess what, now I am unable to activate the new number. So nearly 3 months later I still cant transact on my account or get a new card. NOBODY at Tymebank CAN EVER HELP YOU! ALLLLLLLLLLL they can ever do is apologise for the inconvenience or find someone else to blame for the hiccup. Biggest BIGGEST disappointment I have ever experienced in my entire LIFE! I will change my account if it is the last thing I do today! AND I WILL TELLLLLLLLLLLLL EVERYONE to NEVER EVER EVER go through Tyme bank. I will tell the freaking world.
