Don't waste your time with TymeBank

Useless. I would rate them minus 1 if it were allowed. Had so much trouble getting a card once I'd opened my account online. Now I tried to get connected on the App, but it says I must enter the OTP that has been sent to me by sms, but the sms never comes. My husband has sent sms's to me to check that all is working and I receive them immediately. Meanwhile where is the grocery money that my husband transferred into my TymeBank account???
