Don't use unless you want to lose money!
Got ****med, called TymeBank immediately, was told there's little chance I'll get my money back. My bank card is now locked. Went to 6 different locations to get a new card, no kiosks to be found! Called the bank and they gave me the exact locations I went to, they don't even know where their own kiosks are / are not. Stuck without a bank card and R4000 money short. This is the most useless bank I've ever come across. I was with FNB for more than 25 years and never had this many ****mers try to take my money, been targeted ever since I opened a bank account with TymeBank. Do not use them.

24 Dec 2025, 01:31Moving over to another bank as soon as possible. This is a ridiculous bank, really. After reading all the reviews I know I will probably never see my ****** money again, I will rather deal with professionals!

04 Feb 2026, 18:24Was sent a message again to say it would be resolved 29 January 2026, on the 29th of January 2026 I received a message saying it will be resolved on the 3rd of February 2026... it's not the FOURTH of February 2026 and no contact! Is this even a bank??? Client's money should be ensured in case of theft! This is really a joke now!
