DONT USE TYME BANK

15 days ago I reported ***** on a tyme bank account that I've never used or deposited money into yet it shows I've swiped twice and now I have charges due to insufficient funds ... They take a week to respond to mails then send you from pillar to post instead of escalating your query and on top of that send you the incorrect email address for the ***** dept. I've been struggling to sort this out and close this account but INCOMPETENCE seems very prevalent in this company . DO NOT OPEN A TYME BANK ACCOUNT ,YOU WILL BE SORRY .
