Don't use ******** Tyme bank

I received a payment into my business account and my personal account with tyme bank I checked my balance at the ATM and saw both accounts holds the expected payments I then put in the withdrawal amount then the ATM owned by absa released my card and a slip showing the amount withdrawn and balance zero but I didn't receive any cash I informed tyme bank via email and called tyme bank never responded this was four days ago five days today no refund to my account they sent me bank statements for both accounts but no response or refund
