Don't open a tymebank account .

It's two days now that I cannot access my account. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. Please note that I have referred it to the Banking ombudsman as well to investigate this. You have no right to put a hold on my account and not allow me to have access to my money.

It's day three and I still can't access funds in my account and nobody has called me back. It's the weekend and I have no access to cash to buy food and fill petrol. If I had an account at a large bank such as fnb or standard bank I could have gone to the branch and this would have been rectified immediately. I received an sms to say my matter will be resolved by the 14th February. So this bank doesn't care about its customers. They don't care that you need access to your money. By the way this is my money. I still don't know the reason for my account being on hold and me not having access to it for three days now. I will continue to update this review to show people how long it took for this bank to sort out my matter. Therefore I am warning people do not open a bank account with this bank.

At last with the help of Libokihle and Buhle from the ***** department I have access to my account. This matter has been resolved I can access my funds but after 3 agonizing days of people that are working there and can't do there jobs properly. Thank you to these 2 ladies for there assistance. It is much appreciated.
