DON'T BUY AIRTIME OR VOUCHERS FROM TYME BANK - YOU WON'T GET THEM AND THEY WON'T REFUND YOU!!!

I purchased a Cell C data voucher for R29 on Friday last week, 18/03/2022. It is now Tuesday 22/03/2022, and to date, I have not received my voucher. Despite having sent two email to Tyme Bank, today I received a message from them on Facebook Messenger requesting my card number which I have refused to give them. I have given them my bank account number, my ID number, my cellphone number and also the sent them the proof of the voucher and still, they will not refund my voucher.
