DON'T BANK WITH TYMEBANK

My account has been on "debit hold" from last year 2023. The only money i get is sassa srd and i cannot access it due to the above-mentioned statement and god knows how I've been surviving all this time. Tymebank YOU SHOULD FIX THIS ASAP BECAUSE EVEN IF I OPT TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT, YOU CANNOT TRANSFER THE MONEY TO ANOTHER BANK. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THESE SHENANIGANS. FIX THIS RIGHT NOW.
