DONT BANK WITH TYME BANK WORSE SERVICE EVER‼️‼️‼️

My account has been put on hold due to my card having expired now Ive been sent from pillar to post but no help Ihave trued uploading my fuca documents via banking app but no success it gives the responce systems failure contact the bank,when I do contact the bank they give me a run around that I meed to go to the kiosk and get further assistance there when I get there the the consultant there is unable to help me tells me to call the call centre 🙆🏻♀️🥹😡😡😡Its been 4days and counting and my issue isnt resolved as yet my case no.DCI355109 and Ive even lodged a complaint but I have not even been called by one of the consultant I need the money thats in my account😡🥹🥺😡😡
