DON'T BANK WITH TYME BANK, THEIR SERVICE IS CRUMMY AND THEIR MACHINES OR NON-EXISTANT OR DON'T WORK!!!

I purchased a product online yesterday, 21/11/2024 using my business bank account card, however, it turned out that the website advertising the products was a **** website. I called the Tyme Bank ***** department immediately on realising this and advised them of the situation. As a result, it was agreed that my Tyme Bank business card would be cancelled and that I would go and get another business card.

Tyme Bank have removed their machine in Pick n Pay Gordons Bay, which is where I live, so the next closest one to me is the Pick n Pay at Sanctuary Mall in Somerset West. On going to Somerset West and trying to log into my account, I found out that there were no cards in the machine.

I called the Tyme Bank call centre, but I don't have the time, nor the inclination to ride all over town looking for a Tyme Bank machine that actually works and that actually has cards.

I have been a loyal client of Tyme Bank for a number of years, but now it seems that it is time that I moved my account to another bank as Tyme Bank's customer service, over the years, has gone from bad to worse!!!
