DONT BANK WITH TYME

I have a personal as well a business account with tyme bank, My customer deposited an amount of money into MY business account and I got my account got blocked. I called and asked why and they could not give me a reason. they said the ***** line is going to call me back TODAY because they are 24/7. i then received an SMS saying that my query will be handled by 9 December 2021. I then called again and they told me that the *****line is not working?????? I shouted at her and YES I will be opening a ******** case of theft. I cannot am I going to run my business less alone living until the 9 December. FYI: not the first time they held my money back for some bull**** reason!
