Don't bank with time bank
Tymebank is a joke. I have a personal loan with them and I've tried to get a quote for my settlement amount and I've lodge 13 requests through call. The first request was made on the 3rd of Jan and even today they say my cases are still pending. The bank is not customer friendly and they do not care about professionalism. I will lodge a case with the ombudsman.
