DO NOT USE TYME BANK the most useless bank to be ever created!!!!!!

Sent money to an incorrect account,Seems I cant reverse it back to my account so I called in and I was told I should hope the person doesnt withdraw it.What Kind of nonsense is this?This bank doesnt have a ***** department nor does it have the option to reverse transactions. All they can do for you is tell you oh well too bad so sad.They put me on hold for 30 mins meaning I'm spending money to cancel the account with them too.Just close you are useless
