What an absolute joke of a bank. DO not try this, unless: You can wait half an hour every time you call their customer service You can wait another 20 minutes after you were transferred to another department You can wait another 20 minutes after they cut you off You are willing to deal with constant system failures You get logged out of online banking continuously and you need to call the customer service Your card stops working and you need to call their customer service You are okay with not changing any of your info that you used to open the account with because they do not have that infrastructure. At all.

My cellphone number is incorrect on the system, I do not receive the OTP's so I can not do any banking. Their infrastructure does not allow for you to make changes to your registered cell phone number.

Really really ridiculous.
