Do not open an account with TymeBank!

Really pathetic service and customer support. Reported the non receipt of OTP's since 30 September and spoke to numerous people. Although it was "escalated", there is absolutely no feedbank from them at all. And everytime I phone, I have to explain the problem all over again.

People, stick to recognised banks and stay away from these inept digital banks.
